Overview

The Harker School’s Bucknall Enrichment & Supervision Team (BEST) is currently looking for individuals to fill the position of Storytelling and Math Instructor positions. These positions will work with our after school enrichment program at the Lower School Campus.

Terms of Employment:
These positions are part-time non-exempt positions for the 2017 - 2018 academic school year, running from August 30th, 2017 through May 18, 2018. Hourly rate is dependent upon experience. There are no benefits associated with each position. Days of work are Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm – 5:15 pm.

 
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement curriculum.
• Provide a positive environment for students to learn and develop skills pertaining to subject matter.
• Complete quarterly comment sheets for Director Review.

Minimum Qualifications:
• must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of college education.
• Must have prior experience in subject matter being taught.
• Must have prior work experience with school-age children.

Prior to beginning work for The Harker School, and as a condition of employment, all employees must go through Live Scan Fingerprinting as well as provide a copy of a negative TB test.
